- Order REE’s Full Motion Video Home Tour w/ Film Crew once confirmed w/ agent.
- Order 3D Matterport Tour (cost of tour not included)
- Order Home Warranty (if applicable)
- Order PR from Title Company
- Load to MLS & Link Tour if not already done
- Order All Marketing (included, full marketing package, cost not included)
- Update Social Media REE /TER with sharable New Listing Announcement
- Add Full Motion Video to MLS Once Film Crew sends the finished Segment
- Collect CC&R’s
- Collect HOA Contact Information, Most Recent Minutes, and Financial Statements.
- Load important attachments to MLS (Lead Paint Disclosure, Seller Disclosure and Items Above)
- Change Status on MLS as needed
UNDER CONTRACT
- Enter Transaction into Dotloop
- Confirmation & Verification of Earnest Money
- Updated Social Media REE/TER with sharable UC Announcement
- Ensure required paperwork is submitted and loaded into the system
- Send all parties paperwork with reminders of Deadlines (lender, title, agent, buyer/seller)
- Order Home Inspection
- Order Appraisal After Agent Approves
- Call Other Agent and give an appraisal update
- Send & Receive any missing paperwork 7 days prior to closing
- Prepare parties for closing
- Order Client Closing Gift (Cost of gift not included)
- Call all parties and congratulate on successful closing.
- Update Social Media REE/TER with sharable SOLD Announcement
