Seller Finance

*STOP* Important Seller Financing Guidelines:

All seller financing must be processed through our approved title company/s. Some brokerages don’t support Seller Finance files. So that REE can give you more options, we’ve set TWO conditions when facilitating any Seller Finance Files and to have the ability to facilitate in a Seller Finance: 

1. Prior approval from Jay is necessary for any offers or acceptances involving seller financing.

External title companies aren’t permissible as this safeguards our brokerage and all agents participating in Seller Finance transactions. Please don’t ask to use an outside title company. This is a brokerage requirement for you to offer said services. Processing these file types is something that is considered fortunate or extra by some brokerages. 

2. Ensure all parties sign both required documents below before making or accepting an offer.

Both documents must be signed by all involved parties. If you need help explaining these documents, call the Broker/s.  TIP: Watch Seller Finance training video on the Portal, Agent University from Broker Jay Deher and Escrow Office Robin Moran.   

*Hold Harmless and the REE Seller Financing Addendumis required on ALL transactions

Non-compliance with these conditions prohibits file facilitation due to potential risks. No commission payout or removal from the brokerage can be a consequence due to the risk of these files to clients and brokerages. We have given you an option to facilitate seller finance with these requirements only. Failure to follow this can also result in the brokerage pulling this option from everyone. – Cheree Pollock
